Whether for work groups, events, anniversaries, or parties, we provide the facilities, catering, accommodation, and programming to suit your needs. Organizing meetings and events is seamless in our adaptable spaces. Need meeting rooms for around 350 people or an exhibition space? We highly recommend adding saunas to your meetings—they've also been the setting for some excellent decisions. MEETING ROOMS AND PACKAGES
Ellivuori Resort offers a diverse range of meeting rooms. You can choose from small meeting spaces for a few people to a banquet hall for up to 300 guests. Many of our cottages and apartments are also equipped for meetings. Catering for meetings can be ordered from the restaurant at Hotel Ellivuori. Our friendly staff is here to assist with your changing needs. Delicious and abundant snacks and meals will complement a successful meeting day. You can also include light activities, such as exercise, physiotherapy, extreme sports, or fun competitions. After a successful meeting and activities, it’s pleasant to relax in the sauna and hot tub.

Meeting Room Oksalo is located in the immediate vicinity of the hotel-restaurant, within the main building. The meeting room includes restroom facilities, and a coat storage area is available at the hotel reception. Access to Oksalo is via the main entrance on the ground level. If smaller group workspaces are needed, the adjacent meeting room Krääkkä is available.

RAUTASAUNA FIREPLACE ROOM
Max 30-40 persons
The Rautasauna fireplace room at Ellivuori is a spacious venue suitable for gatherings and meetings with 30-40 guests. The connected areas include a fireplace room, a main hall, a sauna, and two separate washrooms and changing rooms. The room has its own private entrance.
The meeting room can also be combined with an additional sauna for 20 people for an extra fee. Food catering for the sauna can be arranged through the hotel.

KAIVOS Max 15 persons
Located in the basement of the hotel, the Kaivos is a space available for private rental, ideal for an evening with friends or colleagues. Kaivos offers karaoke along with music equipment. If thirst strikes, the venue is also licensed to serve alcohol.
